Ukrainian troops use jet skis to approach Crimea

Ukrainian troops attempted a jet ski landing on annexed Crimea last night, Moscow has claimed. The group, made up of a boat and three jet skis, was apparently heading for Cape Tarkhankut at the western tip of the peninsula when they were intercepted by a Russian aircraft. The Russian defence ministry said its airforce “stopped an attempt to penetrate the territory of Crimea by a landing group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine”.
