Oil Painting Boats - finishing my painting of Porth Creek Cornwall

Today I am finishing my oil painting of Porth Creek on the Roseland Peninsula in Cornwall. I have been waiting over a week for oil paint to dry before painting in the boats moored along the shoreline. This is a morning scene where the low sunlight illuminated the winter trees on the ebbing tide. This is the last painting to be finished ready for my exhibition at Royal Cornwall Museum - 23 July until 23 December 2022.
