Soviet N1 rocket in Orbiter 2010

Nothing spectacular, just a launch of the Soviet N1 “moon rocket“ as simulated in Orbiter 2010. Unlike the real N1, this one actually didn’t blow up :-) Originally designed by Korolyov himself, N1 was supposed to lift the L3 complex that consisted of LOK (basically a modified Soyuz spacecraft), LK (lunar lander) and two propulsion stages for trans-lunar injection, lunar orbit injection and LK descent. Unfortunately for the Soviets, the N1 blew up during all four test launches conducted between 1969-197
