Зимние активные лягушки под Москвой!/Winter active frogs near Moscow!

В Мытищах (Московская область, Россия) обнаружено довольно интересное и редкое явление - зимняя активность озёрных лягушек (Pelophylax ridibundus), которые не впадают здесь в спячку! Всё объясняется тем, что здесь находится ТЭЦ, тёплые стоки с которой и позволяют им сохранять активность на протяжении всей зимы! Это явление носит тут регулярный характер - лично мною подобное наблюдается уже третью зиму подряд! Помимо лягушек, здесь так же остаются на зимовку лысухи (Fulica atra) и камышницы (Gallinula chloropus) - птицы, которые в норме улетают зимовать на юг, но здесь, благодаря тёплым стокам и незамерзающей воде, им удаётся успешно и регулярно зимовать! In Mytishchi (Moscow region, Russia), a rather interesting and rare phenomenon has been discovered - the winter activity of Marsh frogs (Pelophylax ridibundus), which do not hibernate here! Everything is explained by the fact that there is a thermal power plant here, warm drains from which allow them to remain active throughout the winter! This phenomenon is of a regular nature here - I personally have observed this for the third winter in a row! In addition to frogs, Eurasian coots (Fulica atra) and Common moorhen (Gallinula chloropus) also stay here for the winter - birds that normally fly to the south for the winter, but here, thanks to warm drains and non-freezing water, they manage to successfully and regularly winter!
