Biden Wanders Off Again After Speech!

Joe Biden has developed a well-established reputation as a cautious, deliberative and mostly predictable politician. But one way the President has proven to be wholly unpredictable is in what he will do immediately after making a speech. The latest example comes to us from a FEMA event when Biden concluded his remarks and, despite flailing attempts from FEMA officials to stop him, the President wandered off and started glad-handing anyone else in the room he could reach.
