Troops Review. Location of events unknown - looks like London or another large city. Pan over wide street or square; w/ large crowds; soldiers marching through middle. Pan past CU of lamppost. Cut to another setting; in field - soldiers in kilts; and pointed hats or winged head-dresses. Then regular-looking British troops marching. CU 2 guys in top hats talk to 2 army officers; as other soldiers stand in rows. Back to 1st scene but now quality is better - shot from closer to street level. Soldiers marching toward cam; shops in BG; pan left; past platform in centre of square; where a bunch of bigwigs are watching. Continued pan left; more soldiers marching other way.
