Getting beat up because of your race or sexual preference is a horrible thing. However what’s worse is when you fake such a crime and make it political in an already contentious environment. What’s even worse is when the media rushes to judgement and fuels the fire before the case is even proven. Promoting a race war just because it fits their narrative.
