April of 2013 saw him launching his first UK tour, with his full list of destinations spanning major festivals across Asia, Europe, North/South America, and the Middle East. Following his first EP “Voyage“ in 2011, he released his first album “Sentimental“ in March, 2015, going on to produce the “REVIVAL“ mini-album in March, 2017. Spectra’s characteristic solid, hi-fi psy groove sounds are universally acclaimed, culminating in a host of originals, remixes, and collabs released from countless big labels. He is also currently putting effort into track production for his “Majide“ and “Double Helix“ side projects―both set to make waves of gargantuan proportions across the psy trance scene. Japanese DJ MasayaのプロジェクトSpectra Sonics。国内アーティストの持つ表現力の中でも一線を画すシリアスかつミドルグルーヴなスタイルに定評があり、2010年にGrasshopper Recordsに所属。2013年4月に初のU.K.ツアーを敢行し、これまでにアジアからヨーロッパ、アメリカ、南米～中米～中東まで、名だたる世界中のフェスティバルへ出演。 2011年１st ep “Voyage”のリリース以降、2015年3月1stアルバム”Sentimental”、2017年3月にはミニアルバム”REVIVAL”をリリースし、自身のスタイルであるハイファイでソリッドなサイケデリックグルーヴィーサウンドが高く評価され、数々の著名なトランスレーベルからオリジナル、リミックス、コラボレーショントラックなど楽曲提供の依頼を受けてきた。 現在はサイドプロジェクト”Majide”や”Double Helix”名義での楽曲制作にも力を入れている。
