Pride and Prejudice “Liz on top of the world“- Guitar

Arranged and performed by Nathan Cragg. This is me playing my Stephen Hill Classical and I also am playing the Contrabass guitar accompaniment (not at the same time of course) So I am playing all the music you hear. I have always loved this piece by Dario Marianelli but there was never any guitar music for it. So I decided to write my own version but struggled to get the shape of the piece on solo guitar, so i wrote it for 2 guitars as a duet. You can either play it with another guitar or as I did I used a Contrabass guitar that is a full octave lower than a standard classical and this produced the wonderful bass sound. This piece is called “Liz on top of the world“ and is in G minor. There is a similar piece “Your hands are cold“ thats a semitone lower in F# minor but sounds very similar. This Keira Knightley film version was filmed in my back yard in breathtaking Derbyshire and Lincolnshire UK. Tried to do something different with the video Editing this time. Hope you like i
