Russia: Putin, Infantino get FAN IDs in Sochi

Russian President Vladimir Putin and FIFA President Gianni Infantino received their FAN IDs in Sochi on Thursday in preparation for the upcoming World Cup. They were accompanied by Russian Telecom and Mass Communications Minister Nikolay Nikiforov who helped them print out their vouchers which were then exchanged for FAN IDs at the Sochi Centre. The World Cup will be held in 11 Russian cities from June 14 to July 15. In total, 32 teams will take part in the FIFA World Cup 2018.
