Idealization in Plain Sight

Some time ago, Digibro made a video discussing unmentioned fanservice from Flying Witch and Amanchu. The video had, well, mixed opinions from me because it held an underlying dualistic viewpoint concerning different mediums, more than simply the two shows he talked about. So, I made this ’’response video’’ as a larger introspection of my overall feelings of his video and realism viewpoints. I had a lot more to say on his video, but it was not as important as the cultural zeitgeist argument that he represented. Although this is my shortest video to date, the amount of research to find all these fanservice scenes was extensive and insane. If you can name all the 30 shows I used, well, good luck. I wanted to make a video clip containing only fanservice moments while having them connect to whatever I was talking about. It was an editing nightmare, but I think it came out well, all things considered.
