I Sculpting a Monstrous Beast with Polymer Clay in Hospital

The image of Taotie originated from the patterns of monstrous beasts used for food-related rituals on ancient Chinese bronze vessels, and it is believed to possess mysterious powers. When I began creating this artwork, at that time, my mother suddenly fell ill, so a portion of the sculpture was completed in the hospital. I wish for this voracious beast to devour her illness. Now she has fully recovered, however this sculpture became a limited edition artwork available for sale. It seems that reality is better than wishes coming true.
