Plastoon martial art is the unique system of fighting based on the natural moves of the human body. The management of this art allows reading surroundings and acting successfully by subconscious mind. This encourages an affective self-defense in any situation through applying to the various unexpected improvised tools. The training includes the fencing on sabers, the techniques of using the knife, the whip and the ordinary stick.
