As I was putting this together, I was sure it would be WAY too rich. Between the pork belly, chicharron and all the cheeses, there is about a weeks worth of fat in this one crunch wrap. But it turns out that I was mistaken… somehow this whole thing worked (one of my favorite things I’ve ever made) and I think Taco Bell should add this to the menu.
On another note… between my brothers wedding in Asia, recently launching my jerky company MaxJerky , and some other major life changes you may have noticed that I’ve taken a mini break from social media. Thank you for the continued support and patience as I get back into the swing of things!
