Full title reads: “London. 29 years after Mr Joseph Chamberlain started his great campaign - and 17 years after his death - his son, Neville, announces Government decision to impose Tariffs.“ London. Neville Chamberlain seated at desk speaks to the camera. Behind him are bookshelves and a lamp. He says: “So the history books will say that Thursday, February the Fourth 1932 was the day on which Great Britain ... Pictures of Joseph Chamberlain standing in open topped car with woman. ... took the historic decision to begin the great change.“ Picture cuts back to Neville Chamberlain behind desk.
