Which entails that you cannot die, cannot level up, cannot upgrade your weapon ( 0 weapon for the entire playthrough), cannot use gems, cannot use runes, cannot use shops, cannot fast travel, cannot get rid of insight, cannot acquire a gun and cannot farm for items.
