Olie has to wash Coupey before he can play with Billy. Betcha he could wash Coupey twice as fast if he used more soap. Billy pours the whole box into the bucket. Whoa! It blows a giant bubble which captures Olie and Zowie. Wheee, off they go into the sky. They keep floating up and up and up. This isn’t much fun anymore.
