The government has a goal of achieving net zero by 2050, which would mean nearly all of the UK’s 28 million households would have to get rid of gas boilers and install heat pumps. Dr David Bull says he is totally opposed to the policy because of the impact he thinks it will have on working people, saying: “It is incredibly difficult to achieve.
