Little Puppy Abandoned At The Dumpster Sees The Ocean For The First Time Here in Bulgaria, many people abandon their dogs or cats on the streets, the animals are neglected and often mistreated. It is up to volunteers and organizations to help puppies, kittens and other animals, because government doesn’t take any action.
