Hip Roll/Body Isolation Tutorial Part 1

I really hope this was somewhat helpful to you guys! It’s my first “tutorial“ so I apologize if it wasn’t as helpful as you would have liked! Let me know if I was of any help at all! If not, also, LET ME way I can improve on my “teaching skills“ lol. I want you all to know how to isolate your body before I move into the more hip rolling stuff, because you can’t hip roll as well without isolating your upper body and lower body. Good luck!
