Yuzuru Hanyu, the legendary name in the figure skating world (2 Time and Reigning Olympic Champion), didn’t have everything come easy for him. When he had a crash with another skater in a small competition like Cup of China (Yes, not Olympic, not World, just a small competition, one of the qualifying competitions - Grand Prix of China for Grand Prix Final), he chose the path not many could comprehend - which was to continue skating and competing instead of withdrawing. Why? Many asked. The answer: His love for figure skating. As the incident happened 6 years ago when he wasn’t at all so popular like he is today, many of Yuzu’s new fans watched the old videos and questioned what really happened.
