Woman driver flooding and stalling her bus on a hot summer’s day

I was lucky enough to run into the same driver (another bus). Our town doesn’t have the funds to maintain the busses properly and this is the result. She wore summer blouse, capris, and low wedge heeled mules without stockings. She bounced very hard and clearly became very frustrated. I had a “front row“ seat!! :-)
