Full title reads: “Dundee. The Duke of York lays commemoration stone of �230,000 extension to the King George Wharf.“ Dundee, Scotland. Cranes decorated with signal flags swing out to greet the Royal guest. Prince Albert, Duke of York (later King George VI) walks past crowd on way to ceremony. The Duke lays a commemoration stone to mark the extension to part of Dundee’s Harbour. He gives to stone a little tap to set it in place. The gathered dignitaries give three cheers.
