The video was released by Preble County Sheriff Mike Simpson Monday. Captain Brad Moore was directing traffic Jan. 8 following a single-car accident at the intersection of U.S. 35 and West Lexington Road in Eaton. A semi-trailer was moving through the area when it was hit by the
