LIVE: Londoners gather in Parliament Square as outrage over Sarah Everard killing boils over

Londoners gather in Parliament Square on Sunday, March 14, to continue to raise awareness for women’s safety for the second consecutive night, following the killing of Sarah Everard. Everard went missing on March 3 near her home in Clapham, south London. Her body was later found by police in woodland near Ashford in Kent a week later. Earlier on Saturday, a police officer was charged with the kidnapping and murder of the 33-year-old at London’s Westminster Magistrates Court. The suspect is due to appear again in court on Tuesday, this time at the Old Bailey.
