Donald Trump said “the world is laughing at us” as he painted a picture of America broken by years of Joe Biden in the White House. In a victory speech after crushing his rival Nikki Haley in Super Tuesday primaries, Mr Trump attacked his successor’s handling of the economy, crime, and his attempts to secure the southern border.
