A chemical tanker is shifting from buoy-mooring 61 in Petroleumharbour 3 (Botlek industrial areaat the Port of Rotterdam) to Vlaardingen VOPAK terminal berth 628. KOTUG’s harbourtug SD ROVER is assisting the manoeuvres, she is made fast in the centerlead aft.
