LEARN THREE SEA CAPTAINS (HOW TO) - GRADE EXAM 12 Irish Dance Traditional Set

This video is to help MJP dancers and other Irish Dancers learn how to do the traditional set Three Sea Captains which is in Grade Exam 12. First I show you how to do the lead around slowly on the Right foot, facing away from the camera, followed by the second part (set) of the dance. Next I show you the whole dance to music so you can learn how it fits. The second half of the video breaks down and explains all the difficult tricks or the things you should know when performing this dance such as: Heel Tips, Half Boxes, Full Boxes, How the Transitions work, an Easier Ending and Switch Steps.
