TV Static Stock Video

This is just 10 seconds of tv static with a vertical roll and some grading. Anyone is free to use it without crediting me. It was produced with WAX ; using their texture plug-in. Set the Octives to 10 and the persistance to 2 and you get grain. Then do a linear animation on the time variance attribute and bingo you have static. The faded edges and horizontal lines were images that I made in Corel PainterX and overlayed on the video. The veritcal scroll was achieved by rendering the video of the static. Then importing 2 instances of the static into the time line. Drop the Quick 3D plug-in on each instance and then animate them on the Y-Position. Finally the sound was generated in Audacity (freeware)
