Instead of an ultimatum to Moscow from the international community, it managed to focus only on the internal problems of Ukraine: energy, prisoners and grain trade. Many speakers noted the need for Russia to be present at the next summit, without which such meetings are artificial and nominal. Attempts to save the situation and immerse the summit participants in the atmosphere of Ukrainian everyday life were made by turning on the siren, but this, apparently, had the opposite effect.
