KINTSUGI - Beautiful Cinematic Ambient Music - Inner and Outer Peace, Snooze, Relax

“Kintsugi“ is an ancient Japanese repair art in which broken porcelain or pottery is repaired with glue containing gold or silver, making it even more beautiful and valuable than before. This technique honors the past by allowing new beauty to grow from the ephemeral. Kintsugi, the enduring tradition, reminds us that our own experiences, scars and wounds are part of who we are and can create a new beauty, strength and power for our personality. In this video we follow a lonely potter in his secluded studio in the Japanese highlands. During his work, he not only repairs ceramics, but also his own soul. I composed a cinematic ambientmusic that captures the mood of this scene. The sounds of the shakuhachi, the cello, the Japanese alto flute and the piano merge into an emotional soundtrack that stimulates a journey into our inner being and prepares us for deep relaxation.
