Grand Theft Auto V - AMD Radeon 7870

GTA V on an AMD Radeon 7870 w/ i5-4440 3.1 GHz Airplane flying gets around 55-60 FPS so it is completely playable. Only time I usually get FPS drops is when there is complete chaos going on (lots of explosions, gunfire, etc). Without Fraps: 60-70 FPS (Depends on where you are, around 50-55 FPS in the city, but still smooth and completely playable.) Fraps: 35-45 FPS, A little choppy but playable.
