Experience the Keukenhof in 360 VR! This is the first episode of ’A Gorilla Travels: the Dutch Edition’. In this series we explore the beauty and wonder of our home country: the Netherlands! In this first episode we discover the ’Keukenhof’, one of the largest flower gardens in the world, also known as ’The Garden of Europe’. Normally the Keukenhof would attract roughly 1.5 million visitors over a periode of 8 weeks (when the flowers are in full bloom), but this year, because of COVID-19, the park remains closed. Very sad news for the park, but it does create a unique opportunity to capture the park in full glory. By creating this content we hope to share the beauty of the Keukenhof with virtual visitors worlwide, so all the hard work the park has put into creating this years flower extravanganza doesn’t go completely to waste.
