Witness description: “Originally I thought I was witnessing a weather balloon, but thought it was weird it did not moved it didn’t. Then it seemed to travel South pretty rapidly, when another sphere appeared below it and originally descended, then it stops and ascended crossing paths with original object. Both then stop and took of S. NASA said they launched balloons, but there is no way I could have seen both at the time I saw them given the flight itineraries.
