Blondy, also referred to as ’The African Bob Marley’, broke through with his debut album Jah Glory in 1982 and since then has never left the international stage. He is also a staunch supporter of African unity, religious tolerance and world peace and to this end is known to sing to Muslim audiences in Hebrew and in Arabic to Israelis.
