Plain White Buns | Woodstove Baking (for Beginners!)

In this video, Vera (aged 8) shows you how to make a very simple dinner roll/bun recipe in the main oven of a Homewood Heritage. Extremely beginner friendly, you can’t go wrong! The two cups that Zelda added weren’t quite full, so we had to top up later otherwise it was going to be too sticky!) 2-3 teaspoons of yeast (depending on its quality!) Add to breadmaker pan in the order above, then mix using your breadmaker’s ’dough’ or ’pizza dough’ setting. Once ready, shape into buns, let rise for 20 or so minutes, and then cook at about 180 C / 350 F for around 15 - 20 minutes.
