La Vie en Rose 2021

This February at The St. James Tearoom we are choosing to see the world through rose-colored glasses as we are transported to the bright cobblestone streets of a Paris cafe! We are eager to share some of our favorite French-inspired cuisine with you as we launch our menu, “La Vie En Rose.“ This is how we make our rose almond heart scones in the kitchen of our tearoom in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The scones pair wonderfully with our “French Kiss Puerh“ blend, a strawberry flavored fermented black tea.
