Heroes of Might & Magic III Stronghold Town Theme Animatic (1998 NWC)

I’ve finally recreated the Heroes 3 town theme videos that were featured on my wife’s account. I have seen that some other Youtubers had copied them and re-uploaded them at lower quality and without attribution. Thanks for keeping them alive while the good quality versions were down. The Stronghold is one of the eight original playable factions from Heroes of Might and Magic III. A town of semi-civilized warrior tribes with a distaste for magic and a strong emphasis on the physical aspect of combat, the Stronghold is the spiritual successor of the Barbarian castle from Heroes I and Heroes II. Despite sharing some creatures (Goblins, Orcs, Ogres and Cyclopses) and some heroes (Yog, Crag Hack) with its predecessor, Stronghold’s direct connection with the Barbarian castle ends here, as Heroes III is set on Antagarich, and not on Enroth, as the prequels. The Stronghold is populated with brutish, tribal creatures associated with barbarism. Goblinoids (like orcs) and organic giants make up the bulk of the army. Stronghold units are at home in the deserts and wastes. The might hero is the Barbarian and the magic hero is the Battle Mage. The kingdom of Krewlod is of the Stronghold faction and neutral alignment.
