Passacaglia and Fugue in C minor (1938) by Doris Humphrey -1973 U of Mich reconstruction

This was reconstructed on the labanotation score supervised by the notation bureau who I also remember supervising the choice of fabrics used for the costume reconstructions. We had two casts for alternating performances which included all the MA and senior BA dance students . Elizabeth Bergmann was chair of the Dance Dept at the University of Michigan, the last year the Dance dept was under PE under the School of Education till it shifted to an MFA program under the School of Music the next year. I recorded this performance as part of a video production class that I took as part of my Dance M.A. (Ed) as prep for my upcoming Fulbright to India to spend a year studying classical Indian dance. (I have now completed 50 years of a career in India as a classical indian dance performing artist, teacher, writer.
