1981 Plymouth Reliant The vehicle was tested using test parameter values whice are in excess of the FMVSS in order to obtain research and vehicle rating data. The front of the vehicle impacted the 30º angled barrier at 35mph. Test note: Driver door popped partially open. Right side of dash separated from A pillar. Right front tire flat. Steering wheel rotated downward. Outward buckle in right sill just ahead of B pillar. Right side A pillar bulged outward. -- Thumbs up for the crash dummies!
