Nightwish in Eurovision song contest of Finland (2000) - voters favourite but didn’t qualify

Nightwish with lead vocalist Tarja Turunen was voted to Finland’s finals with their song Sleepwalker. It was pre-favorite and won also most audience voices. But because the winner was elected with both audience and panel votes, Nightwish didn’t qualify to Eurovision finals in Sweden. Finland’s song was finally 18th in the finals.
