Blueberry pancakes: 365 calories (30g P, F, 53g C)
50g flour
1 tsp baking powder
30g blueberries
50ml skimmed milk
25g protein powder vanilla
1 egg white
1 tbsp maple syrup
McDonalds Sweet Chilli Wrap: 495 calories ( P, F, C)
1 wrap
1 TBSP sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp light mayo
lettuce
cucumber
20g breadcrumbs
1 egg (for the wash)
20g flour
Peanut noodles: 479 calories per portion ( P, C, F) - serves 2 ( I made for 4 in video)
1 pack of egg noodles
1/2 onion
1/2 red and yellow pepper
60g halloumi
2 tbsp sweet chilli
50g peanut butter
2 big tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic
