I’ll be wearing my cute white shorts while cooking, so let’s heat things up and make some delicious crepes, shall we? 😘 In this video, I’ll show you how to make the perfect crepes (blini) from scratch using simple ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. Follow my easy step-by-step instructions and enjoy these scrumptious crepes with your favorite toppings! Bon appétit! 💋 Recipe: Ingredients: 1) 2 eggs 2) 1 cup milk 3) 1 cup all-purpose flour 4) 2 tbsp butter, melted 5) 1 tbsp sugar 6) 1/4 tsp salt 7) Extra butter for the pan Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Gradually add the flour, sugar, and salt while continuing to whisk until the batter is smooth and free of lumps. Stir in the melted butter and let the batter rest for 10 minutes. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter to coat the pan. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, swirling it around to create a thin, even layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to turn golden, then carefully flip the crepe and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
