14 wanted level stars in GTA 5! (Work In Progress - Extended Wanted Level Mod)

Do you think that stock 5 police stars in gta 5 are boring and law forces are not strong enough? All GTA parts have 6 stars and this one only 5, I think it is not right so I tried to fix it.
