I made Chelsea two gorgeous tutus, using some denim overalls that she has grown out of. This video takes you through two options: 1) one if you have a sewing machine available, and 2) another which is a no sew option. Chelsea is obsessed and has been wearing them everyday!! So much fun, and much cheaper than at the shops.
