RECIPES Homemade Hot Drinks 0:00 Maple Cinnamon Cloud Coffee 0:26 (or dalgona coffee with maple syrup) - 1 tbsp instant coffee - 1 tbsp maple syrup - 1 tbsp hot water - steamed oat milk Combine instant coffee, maple syrup and hot water in mug. Whisk until whipped (about 2 minutes). Top off with steamed oat milk and cinnamon. Honey Lemon Tea 2:15 - 2 lemons - 1/4 cup cane sugar - 3/4 honey Wash two lemons well and slice into thin quarters. Combine with sugar and then add honey. Seal and store in container for at least 12 hours. Add a few spoonfuls to hot water or tea to enjoy. Masala Chai 5:30 - 1 cinnamon stick - 4 black peppercorns - 4 green cardamom pods - 3 whole cloves - 1 whole star anise - a knob of ginger - 2 1/2 cups water - 4 tsp black tea - 1 cup oat milk - 4 tsp cane sugar Add whole spices to mortar and pestle. Break apart for a flavorful tea or grind into a powder to increase intensity
