I bought a Fixer Upper & got a 300yr old GRAVEYARD for FREE

This is the first installment of the Graveyard House make over! This house was first build in 1793 (so I am told) as you can see it was gutted for renovation by the previous owner. This creates a blank slate for me and Howard (my Biz Partner) to make it any way I chose! In this series I will be tackling all the challenges it takes to rebuild this old house!
