Armee Filmed by cameramann named Götz Hirt-Reger After the epic “Winterschlacht im Osten 1941/42“ Stalin became overambitious and launched an attack to recapture Kharkov (back then the 4th largest city in Sovjet Russia). This battle is known as the Second Battle of Kharkov, which ended in a crippling blow to sovjet militairy capabilities (over 200000 soldiers captured).
