Join in for a 30 minute DUMBBELL SCULPT WORKOUT to strengthen from head to toe! All you need is a medium set of dumbbells and a mat beneath you. Today’s workout is LOW IMPACT with both standing and floor exercises. Intervals will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest.
