Great way to get back at rivals, ex-wives, journalists, whistleblowers, activists, and other honest, principled inconvenient people. Feds can put out a “hit” on anyone. Contractors and others in the good old boys club can too. Thousands of random ppl are listed to be able to secretly strip them of all their rights, then sell them to Military Industrial Complex weapons testers as “biospecimens” they need not get consent from to hit them with war grade gasses, poisons, and electromagnetic antipersonnel weapons... like those used on our diplomats in Cuba and China. Biomedical chips and networks are also covertly implanted to use to torture ppl and reverse engineer diseases and birth defects. Curing them in others is a gold mine but healthy people are “expendable” to medical companies. Stalking harassment by Fusion Center goons called Infragard is used to harry, harass, intimidate victims. The harassment when reported, is designed to sound like paranoia so that the victim will be ignored and dismissed immediately, giving the sadists free reign. Look up “Zersetzung”.
